1. The service and operator
Firantey is operated by TanujLabs Pvt. Ltd. (“TanujLabs”, “we”, “us”). Firantey lets travelers discover and share location-based travel stories, communicate with other users and local businesses, and interact with listings and content.
2. Your account
Provide an email address you control and keep your sign-in code and account secure. You are responsible for activity through your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed it. We may suspend or restrict accounts to protect people, investigate abuse, or enforce these terms.
3. Your content
You keep your rights in content you submit. You give TanujLabs permission to host, display, reproduce, adapt for technical formatting, and distribute that content as needed to provide and improve Firantey. This permission ends when content is removed, except for copies retained in backups or records, content others have legitimately shared, and content kept for safety, dispute resolution, or legal reasons. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to post your content, including photos and location details.
4. Respectful and lawful use
Do not use Firantey to break the law, harass or threaten people, impersonate others, expose private information, post content you do not have permission to share, manipulate reviews or votes, send spam, interfere with the service, or evade a block or moderation decision. Use location and business information responsibly. You can report content or users through the available tools or contact support.
5. Marketplace interactions
Marketplace listings and offers are provided by their respective businesses. Firantey may help users discover a business or contact it, but a transaction, booking, price, service, cancellation, or dispute is between you and that business. Check details directly with the business before relying on a listing or making a purchase. TanujLabs is not a party to transactions between travelers and independent businesses.
The marketplace is at marketplace.firantey.me and may have additional terms for business accounts and listings.
6. Reviews, messages, and moderation
Keep reviews and messages honest, relevant, and respectful. Do not use messages for unsolicited bulk contact. You may report or block users. We may review reported content and remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably needed to enforce these terms, protect users, or comply with applicable obligations.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Firantey available, but features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an updated version is posted means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and contact us about closing your account.
8. Disclaimers and responsibility
Use travel information, user posts, reviews, and business listings with your own judgment. Content may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Firantey is provided without guarantees that every post, listing, interaction, or service will be accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
